Product Information
Biogas digester fabric is made of high-strength industrial polyester fibers and PVC membranes through the laminating process. Due to the composition of red mud, it has the characteristics of being more weather-resistant, UV-resistant, flame-retardant, weather-resistant, and low-temperature resistant than ordinary PVC biogas digesters. In general, it is better suited for use in areas with a large temperature difference between day and night.

The red mud biogas digester fabric adopts red mud material, which has better UV-resistant, light-resistant, anti-corrosion, and anti-oxidation performance than ordinary biogas fabric. It is suitable for areas with a large temperature difference between day and night and strong outdoor UV when using biogas digesters. It has good weather resistance and extends the life of biogas digesters by 5–10 years.
The red mud biogas digester fabric is light in weight and easy to transport. The cost is at least 50% less than that of the traditional brick-concrete biogas tank and FRP biogas tank.
